the comments in particular fascinated me. i’m like most americans in that i have always thought of the french as much more open and liberal, politically and sexually. but a commenter cited some survey that says young french people have more and more conservative attitudes about relationships and sex (particularly about cheating), and the writer of the above article replied with this:
